Return Policy:
1. 3-Day Return: You can return items within 3 days of delivery
2. Condition: Product must be unused, with original tags & packaging
3. Reason: Wrong size, defective item, or not as described

How to Return:
1. WhatsApp us at [0303-5161947] within 3 days
2. Share order number & reason for return
3. Send item back via Pakistan Post or TCS
4. Once received, refund is processed in 3-5 working days

Refund Options:
- Cash on Delivery orders: Amount refunded to bank account or Easypaisa/JazzCash
- Online paid orders: Refund to original payment method

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, lipsticks & beauty products cannot be returned.
