  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number to follow your parcel's journey.
2. Shipping Delivery Timelines
We ship all across the country. Standard delivery times are as follows:
  • Major Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Other Regions / Rural Areas: 4 to 7 business days.
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak festive seasons, sales, or unexpected weather conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
  • Standard Shipping: Standard delivery charges apply based on weight and location, which will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders above a specific promotional value (e.g., Orders above Rs. 2,000). Keep an eye on our homepage banners for active free shipping offers!
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Rules
  • We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience, alongside secure online payments.
  • For COD orders, please ensure you are available at the provided address to receive the parcel and make the exact cash payment to the courier rider.
  • Open delivery (opening the parcel before paying the courier rider) is strictly not allowed by our logistics partners. If you face any issues with the items inside, please contact our support team immediately after receiving it.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
  • We are not responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
  • If you realize you made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us via phone or email within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update it before dispatch.
6. Damaged or Missing Parcels
  • If your parcel arrives physically damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it from the courier rider and take a photo/video of the damage. Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with the shipping provider.
